Website Terms of Use
Effective date: 5 August 2026
These Website Terms of Use (Terms) apply to your use of the ADHD Systems & Strategy website. The website is operated by Acaridan Pty Ltd trading as ADHD Systems & Strategy (we, us or our). By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Website purpose
The website provides general information about practical, non-clinical executive-function coaching for adults, the six-week Systems & Strategy Method, workplace solutions, referral pathways and related resources. Website content is general information only and may not be suitable for every person or workplace.
2. Non-clinical scope
ADHD Systems & Strategy provides practical, non-clinical executive-function coaching. We do not provide medical or psychological diagnosis, therapy, counselling, clinical treatment, clinical assessment, crisis intervention or emergency support. Nothing on the website is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice.
Do not delay seeking qualified professional advice because of information on this website. If there is an immediate danger or medical emergency, call 000. For crisis support in Australia, contact Lifeline on 13 11 14.
3. Adults only
The coaching services described on this website are intended for adults aged 18 years and over. The website is not intended to advertise or provide coaching services directly to children.
4. Enquiries, referrals and service relationships
Submitting an enquiry, intake information or referral does not create a client, coaching, employment, therapeutic, professional or advisory relationship. A service relationship begins only when we confirm acceptance and the parties agree to the applicable service arrangements.
We may decide that a requested service is not suitable, is outside our non-clinical scope or requires support from a different provider. A referral from a psychologist or clinician does not guarantee acceptance, availability or a particular outcome.
5. Paid services and separate agreements
Any paid coaching, program or workplace service may be subject to a separate proposal, service agreement, invoice, cancellation policy or other written terms. Those documents govern the purchased service. If there is an inconsistency between these Website Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement applies to the extent of the inconsistency.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances, participation, workplace conditions and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee diagnosis-related, medical, employment, productivity, financial or personal outcomes. Examples, methods and resources are provided as practical guidance, not promises of a particular result.
7. Accuracy of website information
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but content may contain errors, omissions or information that becomes outdated. We may change, remove or update content, services, availability and resources without notice. You should confirm important information directly with us before relying on it.
8. Your responsibilities
When using the website, you must:
- provide information that is accurate and that you are authorised to provide
- obtain appropriate consent before submitting personal or sensitive information about another person
- not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access
- not upload malicious code, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights
- not use website content or resources for unlawful, misleading or harmful purposes
9. Referrer responsibilities
A psychologist, clinician or other person submitting a referral must have appropriate authority and consent to provide the client's personal and sensitive information. The referrer is responsible for ensuring the information supplied is accurate, relevant and not excessive. The website is not a channel for urgent risk notifications or emergency referrals.
10. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content, including text, branding, graphics, templates, guides, checklists and downloadable resources, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view the website and download resources made available for your own personal, internal or non-commercial use. You must not reproduce, sell, publish, modify, distribute, rebrand or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

12. Privacy

13. Website availability and security
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors or harmful components. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, legal or operational reasons. You are responsible for using appropriate security and backup measures on your own devices.
14. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
15. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the website, including loss caused by website unavailability, third-party services or reliance on general information. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent permitted by law. This clause does not limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Suspending or ending access
We may restrict or end access to the website where we reasonably believe a person has breached these Terms, misused the website, created a security risk or acted unlawfully. Rights and obligations intended to continue after access ends will survive.
